MINEXPO 2024 Saudi Gala Dinner LAS-VEGAS
At MINExpo 2024 in Las Vegas, Heights was entrusted with delivering both a standout exhibition presence and a refined gala dinner experience for Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. The Ministry’s Participation In Minexpo In South Africa (Capetown)
Heights undertook the design and construction of the Ministry’s pavilion, covering an area of 130 m², along with providing hospitality arrangements and exhibition-specific print materials. Additionally, a documentation team was contracted to capture and document the exhibition activities throughout its duration.
Saudi Central Bank
The Saudi Central Bank participated in Money20/20 – Riyadh 2025 as one of the exhibition’s host entities, showcasing its leadership in advancing the financial technology sector. A comprehensive pavilion design was developed and executed to embody the bank’s prominent position and pioneering role in shaping the future of fintech in Saudi Arabia. The scope of work encompassed the design and implementation of the pavilion, the development of interactive screen content.
Sponsorship and participation of Tourism Development Fund in Future Hospitality Investment Summit
Heights partnered with the Tourism Development Fund for their sponsorship and participation in the Future Hospitality Investment Summit, delivering end-to-end management of the pavilion and related activations. In addition to creative design and execution of the booth, Heights facilitated multiple high-level strategic signing ceremonies during the summit, overseeing the full protocol, staging, branding, and media coverage.

Heights was commissioned to design and execute Aramco’s booth at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress 2022, showcasing the company’s innovation and support for the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Commissioned by the Strategic Management Office, Heights delivered a bespoke pavilion to celebrate and announce Saudi Arabia’s hosting of the FIFA World Cup. Heights was assigned to execute the design and fit-out of Commercial Building 02 located on Anas Ibn Malik Road. The scope included full architectural development, interior and exterior finishing, and the integration of lighting, signage, and branded elements.

Fully Equipping the Broadcasting Authority
We at Heights were honored to equip the headquarters of the General Authority for Media Regulation within a fully integrated project executed in just 70 working days. The work included complete site preparation according to the highest technical and engineering standards. All tasks were implemented in line with modern infrastructure requirements and operational systems. We ensured seamless integration between design and execution to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and quality.
Roche Headquarters Inauguration Ceremony Riyadh
Heights was commissioned to manage the complete execution of the inauguration ceremony for Roche’s new headquarters in Riyadh. The scope included event concept development, stage design, guest experience flow, branding, multimedia content production, and technical setup. Heights oversaw logistics, protocol coordination, and on-ground operations, ensuring a premium and professional experience for attendees including government officials, partners, and Roche’s leadership team.
National Day Celebration
As part of the National Day celebrations, Heights was commissioned by the Ministry of Culture to design and execute a series of cultural activations that brought the spirit of the occasion to life. The project featured two landmark experiences: The King’s Journey, a curated walkthrough celebrating the leadership and legacy of Saudi Arabia, and a projection mapping show that transformed a building façade into a visual celebration of national pride.
Saudi Tourism Authority booth at the Prince Sultan Arabian Horse Festival
Heights was entrusted with the design and execution of the Saudi Tourism Authority pavilion at the Prince Sultan Arabian Horse Festival in Riyadh. Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority Booth – LEAP2024
Heights delivered the full design and execution of the pavilion for the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority as a Silver Member at LEAP 2024, marking the Authority’s first participation in one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions. Heights delivered the full execution of the Zakat Authority Pavilion at the Biban Forum, providing a turnkey solution from concept to completion. ASFAR “Saudi Tourism Investment Company” booth at the Saudi Tourism Forum
Heights was commissioned to deliver a turnkey pavilion for ASFAR, the Saudi Tourism Investment Company, at the Saudi Tourism Forum in Riyadh. Commissioned by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Heights delivered a turnkey execution for their pavilion at the FABEX Exhibition. Rally Hail
Heights was proud to support Rally Hail with full operational and production services. Our scope included the complete design and setup of the main event site, including branding, decoration, and thematic elements that reflected the rally’s adventurous spirit. “Volunteer” Tifo Display and Parade
Heights was entrusted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to deliver a large-scale activation that brought the spirit of volunteerism to life through a striking human formation spelling the Arabic word “متطوع” (“Volunteer”). The project encompassed end-to-end creative direction, spatial planning, participant coordination, and seamless on-site execution.

We were honoured to oversee the planning and implementation of all construction and operational tasks at the Jenadriyah Festival in Saudi Arabia. With meticulous attention to detail and professionalism, we infused the event with the essence of authentic Saudi heritage. Future Projects Forum
Under the esteemed patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, governor of Riyadh Province, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Contractors Authority launched the fourth edition of the Future Projects Forum. This forum, hosted by the authority, saw robust participation with an estimated 3,000 projects, in collaboration with 43 government and private entities.

Al-Taif Marathon
The Taif Marathon was a large-scale public sporting event hosted in the scenic highlands of Taif, designed to promote active lifestyles and reinforce the city’s role as a destination for wellness, tourism, and community engagement. In partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Health, Heights organized the #Walk_30 event, supporting the Ministry’s mission to enhance public health and well-being. Heights delivered the complete execution of the Judicial Training Conference for the Ministry of Justice, managing the event from concept to closure. We were honoured to manage and execute the fourth season of the Darb Zubaida Winter Festival, initiated by the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Nature Reserve Development Authority across Quba in the Qassim region, Turabah in the Hail region, and Lina in the Northern Borders region. Falcon Auction
Organized in partnership with Sela and the Falcon Club, Heights was responsible for the complete execution and operational delivery of the Falcon Auction, one of the most culturally significant and commercially impactful events in the Kingdom. Spanning 10 consecutive days, the event required end-to-end management including setup, technical operations, auction flow design, crowd services, and onsite coordination.
Supercopa de España Fan Zone in Riyadh
As part of the Saudi Quality of Life program, we were delighted at Heights to be the organizing partner for the Supercopa de España Fan Zone in Riyadh. The area featured entertainment shows and interactive challenges, both football-related and electronic. Visitors enjoyed a variety of local and international restaurants and cafes.
